  • Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes. However, the duration may vary depending on the specific needs and goals discussed.

  • The number of sessions varies based on individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from short-term therapy, while others may require longer-term support. I’ll work with you to determine the best plan for your situation.

  • Yes, I offer online and virtual therapy sessions for clients who prefer or require remote access. This can be especially helpful for those with busy schedules or who live outside London, Ontario.

  • My hourly rate is $150.

  • Many extended health insurance plans cover psychotherapy services provided by registered psychotherapists. Please check with your insurance provider for specific coverage details. While we do not offer direct billing, you can submit your receipts to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • For cancellations, I require 48 hours' notice. The hourly rate will be charged if a session is not cancelled within 48 hours unless it's due to unforeseen reasons beyond the client's control.

  • I am a registered psychotherapist with extensive training and experience in various therapeutic approaches. I’m committed to ongoing professional development to provide the highest quality care.

  • I do not offer group therapy or counselling sessions but I can provide a referral to organizations that do.
